Who Is Eyecon?
Eyecon was founded in 1997 as a computer games company, shifting into online casino games in 1999. It's widely reported to be based in Brisbane, Australia, though we haven't found that confirmed directly on Eyecon's own current site. In 2017, Playtech plc acquired Eyecon for a reported £50 million, and Eyecon continues to operate as a studio within the Playtech group.
What Makes Eyecon Distinctive
Eyecon is defined almost entirely by one franchise: Fluffy Favourites, released in 2006. Built around a fairground, cuddly-toy theme with a "Toy Box Picker" bonus feature, its simple, low-stakes gameplay made it one of the longest-running favourites on UK bingo sites, and it has since spawned more than ten sequels and spin-offs, from Fluffy Too to crossover editions with other franchises.
Notable Titles
Beyond the core Fluffy Favourites series, Eyecon's catalogue includes Temple of Iris, released in 2003 and one of its earliest online titles, alongside Shaman's Dream, Cash Cow, Sugar Train, Irish Luck and Twinkle.
